We are happy to welcome you back to the 2023 on-site conference with a special introductory rate: book the full conference pass now, and receive last year’s early bird discounted rate. That’s over $100 in savings on the 4-day pass!
Please note that this extra-low rate is only available until end-of-day May 21st, and offered for the main conference pass. Day passes, pre and post conference workshops are not included.
The regular early-bird registration will open on May 22nd, at which time you will also have the opportunity to purchase individual day passes. Registration for the live-streamed, online version of the conference will open later in the summer.
Refund Policy
Pacific Symposium hopes everyone who registers for the conference is able to attend; however, we also understand that extenuating circumstances do occur. Pacific Symposium offers the following cancellation options:
- Full refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee up until 4 weeks prior to the event.
- 50% refund up until the last business day of the week prior to the event (Friday before)
- Request should be made by placing a support request. The support form is located at the bottom of the FAQ page.
- Every attempt will be made to provide refunds within two weeks of the request. Refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card used to make original purchase.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrival.
- 100% of registration fees will be credited or refunded if event is canceled by organizer.
